Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is HAVAL MOTORS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (68 166 119 795)

  2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the promoter, its dealers, and their immediate families.

  3. The promotion commences at [Thursday 19th March 12pm] and closes at [Sunday 5th April]. All Test Drives must be completed by 5th April to be eligible for prize entry. 

  4. To enter, eligible participants must register for and complete a test drive with a GWM dealership. Entrants must do so by scanning the QR code at the GWM activation site and completing the online entry form with their name, contact details, suburb, preferred GWM model, and closest dealer and then complete a test drive.

  5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is free and no purchase is required.

  6. The prize is two Merida Matts J24 bicycles valued at approximately AUD $2000.00. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  7. The winner will be determined by random draw at [GWM HQ] on [14 April 2026], within one month of the promotion closing. The draw will be conducted fairly and records retained.

  8. The winner will be notified by phone/email within [2] days. The prize must be delivered within 28 days of the winner being contacted successfully. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, the promoter may conduct a redraw.

  9. All entry records will be retained for 36 months as required for compliance with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) and Australian Consumer Law. 

  10. GWM must publicly announce the winner on the internet (Social Media or Website). Entrants agree to these terms as per VGCCC guidelines as part of their entry to the draw.

  11. Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and marketing test-drive opportunities. See GWM’s privacy policy at [https://www.gwmanz.com/au/privacy/] .

  12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues beyond its control.
