Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the promoter, its dealers, and their immediate families.

  2. The promotion commences on Friday 9th January at  9am and closes on Monday 12th January at 5pm.

  3. To enter, eligible participants must scan the QR code at the GWM activation site and complete the online entry form with their name, contact details, suburb, preferred GWM model, and closest dealer.

  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entry is free and no purchase is required.

  5. The prize is two Specialized bicycles valued at approximately AUD $2600.00. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  6. The winner will be determined by random draw on [10 February 2026], within one month of the promotion closing. The draw will be conducted fairly and records retained.

  7. The winner will be notified by phone/email within [2] days. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, the promoter may conduct a redraw.

  8. All entry records will be retained for 12 months and may be inspected by the Gaming and Wagering Commission or WA Police.

  9. Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and marketing test-drive opportunities. See GWM’s privacy policy above.

  10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues beyond its control.
